A powerful baseliner who can dictate play with her penetrating strokes when she's on her game, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova has claimed two of her three titles in Monterrey (2010-2011) and represented Russia in the 2011 Fed Cup final. The former ITF junior No. 1 won three singles and four doubles junior Grand Slam titles. She has translated her game to the WTA, reaching her first Grand Slam quarterfinal at the 2011 Roland Garros and finishing the season with a career-high, year-end rank of No. 16. Her brother, Aleksandr, serves as her coach.
